The clients requirement was to modernise this older style unit without compromising the unique features of it high ceiling & decorative cornices.
Removing the dividing wall created a large modern space in the kitchen & living area, successfully keeping the original features.
The kitchen was finished to a high standard using the soft close door & drawer technique, stainless steel wire pantry drawers, white Polyurethane doors & panels, a classic 40mm Caesarstone bench top & integrated appliances.
The renovation gave the kitchen & living area a spacious, modern, clean finish.
Removing 2 walls in this unit & installing false ceilings throughout created a great flow from the kitchen to the living area & provided a large kitchen with ample storage space & extra room in the living area.
The living area was modernised with a laminated timber floating floor & new skirting/architrave. In the kitchen, a Poly-tech board finished in Rocco Fingergrain was used for the doors & panels, with a classic 40mm Caesarstone bench top in ice snow.
The renovation gave the kitchen & living area a spacious, modern, clean finish.
