With views to die for but a well lived in house the clients wanted to maximise the potential of their property. By adding an extra balcony and extending the existing one they have given themselves multiple levels to entertain or just to relax looking out over Pittwater. To the front of the property we added a large carport, built using recycled timber which has added to the kerb appeal.

 But it didn’t stop there, 3 new bath/shower rooms, self-contain unit, a new pool the list could go on!!
