The clients were very specific with their brief in requiring a clean line finish with no visible handles.
Using the push to open door technique & installing a Caeserstone top provided the client with the clean modern finish they desired.
Raising the floor to finish level with the existing floor & installing new timber cladding & skirting board has brightened up a tired room.
The requirement of this renovation was to make the house more functional & create more space for a growing family.
This was achieved by moving walls & changing the layout of the ground & first floors, adding new windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom & timber floor. The work was completed in stages to enable the clients to continue living in the property.
The clients requirement was to modernise this older style unit without compromising the unique features of it high ceiling & decorative cornices.
Removing the dividing wall created a large modern space in the kitchen & living area, successfully keeping the original features.
The kitchen was finished to a high standard using the soft close door & drawer technique, stainless steel wire pantry drawers, white Polyurethane doors & panels, a classic 40mm Caesarstone bench top & integrated appliances.

With the company expanding, the clients requirement was to provide new work stations for their staff, matching existing office furniture. The work stations ranged from desks & drawing boards, to computer set out drawing boards, & included further storage space.
The clients requirement was to freshen up the the existing deck & give it a much needed face lift. Using the existing framework & installing a Merbau deck board gave them the fresh new look they were looking for.
The clients requirement was to update the existing metal balustrade with a more modern finish which would provide them with privacy to the front entrance of their property. The Merbau screening provided just that.
Removing 2 walls in this unit & installing false ceilings throughout created a great flow from the kitchen to the living area & provided a large kitchen with ample storage space & extra room in the living area.
The living area was modernised with a laminated timber floating floor & new skirting/architrave. In the kitchen, a Poly-tech board finished in Rocco Fingergrain was used for the doors & panels, with a classic 40mm Caesarstone bench top in ice snow.

This Cedar timber storage unit was designed to blend into the existing surroundings, with the benefit of minimal maintenance. There is ample space behind the sliding doors for bikes, surf boards etc.
This large pool decked area has been finished in a rich Merbau timber. The client chose a 90mm Merbau board to give them the illusion that the indoor flooring flowed to the outside, giving them the feel of a larger entertainment area.
After discussing the requirements with the client & using inspiration from the decor of the house, we were able to come up with a functional unit that also looks the part.
Hidden behind the doors is ample storage space, a computer workstation for the kids & CD storage.
The detailed panelled doors have been spray painted in a semi gloss white polyurethane finish to give the unit a classic look.
